Douglas Nakamoto is a student and practitioner of martial, energy, and movement arts (since 1972). Neigong, Taijiquan, and Xingyiquan have been his main emphasis. This background in Chinese internal arts, plus: training in other martial arts, including karate, aikido, and kali; study as a massage therapist; and a career as a professional ballet & modern dancer - give his explanations and guidance a firm grounding.
